Light of the Soil Blood Pressure Reset Card

Regulatory Reset • Small Step, Huge Change

Purpose:
Restore healthy blood pressure regulation by reducing sympathetic load and supporting vascular relaxation.


What Triggered the Spike (This Week)

  • Morning honey dose creep (≥ 1 tbsp, dissolved)
  • Sleep reduction (site build focus)
  • Reduced movement
  • Result: Temporary vascular tightening (↑ diastolic)

LOTSWS note: This is regulatory, not structural hypertension.


Honey Reset (7 Days)

  • Morning:NO honey
  • Later in day: ✅ max ½ teaspoon, only after food
  • Form: ❌ not dissolved   |   ❌ not hot liquids

Why: Prevents insulin/adrenaline spikes during the morning cortisol surge.


Morning Fluid (Choose ONE)

  • Plain water
  • Water + pinch of salt
  • Water + berry powder (microdose)
  • Water + cinnamon (if tolerated)

No sweetness before food


Breakfast Rule

Within 60 minutes of waking: protein + fat first. No sugar until fed.

Why: Blunts the morning BP surge and stabilizes cortisol.


Movement = BP Medicine

  • Daily minimum: 10–20 min walk (indoor or outdoor)
  • + 2 easy sets push-ups or wall push-ups

Sleep Stabilizer (Pick ONE)

  • Same wake time daily
  • OR lights out 30–60 min earlier
  • OR no screens last 30 min

+ 5 minutes slow nasal breathing before bed


BP Measurement Rules

  • Check mid-morning (after food + hydration)
  • Check evening (after movement)
  • Sit quietly 5 minutes
  • Take 2 readings, record the second

❌ Ignore early-morning readings during reset unless symptomatic


Expected Response

  • 10–20 mmHg drop within 3–5 days
  • Diastolic normalizes first
  • Evening readings stay strong

When to Escalate

  • BP >160/100 persists after 3–4 days
  • Chest pain, severe headache, vision or neurological symptoms
